Everyone should have received a letter in the mail from our lawyer regarding a water increase that takes affect January 1st, 2025. Our base rate that has been consistent for several years has been increased from $50 to $100. We need this additional money to provide redundancy that our system lacks. Currently we need to truck in water to our system when the pump needs to be replaced which is twice so far.
